CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager to lead operations and coaching across a multi-teacher studio in New York. You will drive the student experience, manage schedules, recruit and train staff, and partner with sales to grow memberships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs such as membership and revenue.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and seniorities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Lead day-to-day studio operations and manage teaching team and studio coordinators.
• Collaborate with local sales to generate membership leads and support opening goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff; meet performance targets.
• Teach classes when needed and ensure policy compliance.
