Job summary

Stretch Zone in Oklahoma is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team delivering practitioner-assisted stretching experiences. You’ll supervise 1–2 staff, coach associates, manage schedules, handle front-desk duties, and contribute to hitting sales targets while maintaining exceptional member hospitality.

You will monitor KPIs and participate in performance reviews while fostering a culture of service excellence and member

Qualifications

• Experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience with cash handling and KPI/P&L familiarity.
• Passion for health, wellness and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and provide a caring experience.
• Coach Sales Associates, manage the schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Help meet membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly studio goals.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and exceptional member hospitality.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements
