Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team delivering practitioner-assisted stretching.

You will greet members, coach staff, manage schedules, and work to hit daily and monthly KPIs while maintaining exceptional member hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort.
• Coach Sales Associates, manage schedules, answer phones, and follow up on appointments.
• Drive membership sales by demonstrating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track KPIs and ensure daily and monthly goals are met.
• Provide professional, personal support to resolve member questions or concerns.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you\'re tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you\'re there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
