Job summary

Stretch Zone in Edmond, OK is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and model exceptional member hospitality while leading a small team.

You will coach sales associates, monitor KPIs, manage schedules, handle member check-ins, and ensure the studio hits daily and monthly goals with professionalism and care.

• Experience with cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you\'re tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you\'re there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
