Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team in our Kentucky Northern studio. You’ll open/close, coach up to 5 Sales Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure members have a welcoming, needs-focused experience.

This role offers a clear career path to Regional Manager ($55,000+ potential), base pay with commission, paid time off, training, and wellness stipends.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience with cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the studio, keep it clean and organized for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedules, and answer phones.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by illustrating value.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and drive daily/monthly goals.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service every day.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
