Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager in the Town of Woodbury, NY to oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high‑performing team delivering practitioner‑assisted stretching.

You will open/clean the studio, greet members, coach up to five sales associates, manage schedules and KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are met while delivering exceptional service and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–5 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check in, and create a welcoming, caring environment.
• Lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and monitor daily and monthly goals.
• Address member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
