Job summary

Stretch Zone in Phoenix is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and deliver practitioner-assisted stretching experiences. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring outstanding member service and operational excellence.

In this role you will coach up to five Sales Associates, monitor schedules and performance, and actively contribute to achieving daily and monthly studio goals while maintaining a culture of excellence and care.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience including cash handling and KPIs.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Lead by example coaching up to five Sales Associates and manage scheduling.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating value.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and monitor daily/monthly targets.
• Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
