Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager for the East Village to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience. You will build a high-performance team, ensure a clean, safe space, and partner with district leadership to hit membership and class targets.

This role requires at least 2 years of studio management, strong training skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on community growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs such as membership and revenue.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations including managing teaching teams and Studio Coordinators.
• Recruit, train, and onboard staff according to class count goals.
• Meet/exceed targets for membership, training revenue, class count and attendance.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and studio experience team to deliver excellent experiences.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day; on-call as needed.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week across formats to support studio success.
