Stretch Zone - 1028 is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, drive revenue, and oversee team performance. The General Manager will foster a high-energy, client-focused culture and deliver outstanding experiences while meeting membership and financial goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and financial performance of the studio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage studio employees.
• Establish a professional, positive, accountable, and high-energy workplace culture.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for goals.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and profitability.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and recommend programs.
• Ensure the team delivers an exceptional client experience.
• Monitor studio performance, reports, and KPIs.
• Implement and maintain company policies, standards, programs, and initiatives.
• Handle client questions and service requests professionally.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Communicate with Regional Manager and leadership.
• Provide ongoing leadership and coaching to direct reports.
