Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the daily operations and overall performance of one studio. You will build a high-performing team, drive revenue, manage memberships, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in health, wellness, or fitness, strong sales and customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients improve mobility and quality of life. Training is provided.

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing teams and operations.
Strong sales and customer-service skills.
Understanding of revenue, expenses, and performance goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations and financial performance of the studio.
Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage studio employees.
Establish a professional, positive, accountable, and high-energy workplace culture.
Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable.
Drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and profitability.
Conduct consultations and recommend programs that align with client goals.
Ensure the team delivers an exceptional client experience.
Monitor performance reports, sales activity, and KPIs.
