Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and build a high-performance sales team within our studio. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, coaching, and development, and conduct demos to convert sessions into memberships while maintaining a 40%+ close rate.

This role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and a professional, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management role, preferably fitness/retail.
• Track record in sales and membership growth.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with scheduling and operations.
• Knowledge of sales KPIs and CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily studio operations ensuring a welcoming member experience.
• Lead and develop the sales team to meet membership growth targets.
• Set and track sales goals; monitor KPIs.
• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop sales staff.
• Conduct demos and drive conversions to memberships.
• Develop local marketing and community partnerships.
• Manage payroll and administrative functions; schedule staffing.
• Ensure 40%+ close rate in sessions.
• Schedule weekly sales meetings and provide coaching.
