Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead daily studio operations, drive revenue and membership growth, and coach a high-performing team. The role emphasizes client experience, program alignment with goals, and maintaining operational and financial health.

The successful candidate will combine leadership with a passion for wellness and mobility, and will complete Stretch Zone training and certification as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, management, sales, fitness, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-service experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong sales, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and financial performance of the studio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage studio employees.
• Establish a positive, high-energy workplace culture.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and profitability.
• Conduct consultations and recommend programs aligned with client goals.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences and monitor KPIs.
