Qualifications

• Must complete Stretch Zone training and certification program.
• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, sales, customer service, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and financial performance of the studio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage studio employees.
• Establish a professional, positive, high-energy workplace culture.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and overall studio profitability.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and align programs with their goals.
• Ensure the team delivers an exceptional client experience.
• Monitor studio performance and key metrics.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Provide leadership and support to all direct reports.
