Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership revenue, and command respect across the studio. You’ll oversee front‑desk sales personnel and certified stretch practitioners, enforce accountability, and cultivate a high‑performance, results‑driven culture on-site.

The role requires supervising the entire studio team, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining brand standards, with a 36‑hour weekly schedule (Tue–Sat).

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership Experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong command and maturity to lead a diverse team and enforce accountability.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, tracking KPIs, and managing schedules.
• Clear, direct communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.
• Full availability to work the 36-hour Tuesday–Saturday shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Total Studio Leadership & Direct Oversight: supervise the entire studio roster and scheduling, ensuring coverage and smooth handovers.
• Team Accountability & Development: set high performance standards, conduct regular one‑on‑ones, address underperformance, mentor practitioners for leadership roles.
• Revenue & Sales Growth: own studio revenue targets, conversion rates, and retention KPIs; guide front-desk sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Operational Continuity & Daily Handovers: lead daily mid‑shift syncs to review data, manage transitions, ensure brand execution across shifts.
• Member Service & Facility Standards: resolve escalated client inquiries with authority, maintain cleanliness, and ensure great session experiences during all visits.
