Studs is looking for a Studio Manager in Atlanta to lead a high-performing team, manage both retail and piercing operations, and drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, ensure safety standards, and oversee scheduling, staffing, and compliance in a hands-on leadership role.

This on-site position demands a strong operational and financial mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to navigate change.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 7+ employees including specialized roles.
• On-site availability five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Studio’s overall performance, driving revenue growth and achieving sales plans.
• Reviews and analyzes business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Delegates and oversees divisions of responsibility within the management team; follows up to ensure execution.
• Owns scheduling within labor allocations and ensures payroll accuracy through regular audits.
• Maintains high operational standards, ensuring compliance with piercing procedures, health and safety, and inventory control.
• Partners with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and best practices for Piercers in the Studio.
• Welcomes and educates customers on the Studs experience, delivering exceptional service.
• Leads by example in service recovery and ensures feedback loops are built into daily operations.
