Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees.
• On-site availability five days per week (40 hours) including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with a track record of achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Owns Studio performance, drives revenue growth and sales plans.
• Reviews business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Delegates within management and ensures execution.
• Manages scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Ensures health, safety, and inventory control compliance.
• Leads Piercing Leadership to uphold standards and practices.
