Rowan is seeking a Store Manager in Oak Brook, IL to lead a high-energy jewelry studio. You’ll drive customer-centric service, coach a team including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, and ensure brand standards in operations and safety.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and coordinating with marketing. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for delivering memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience, service-oriented preferred.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Customer-obsessed with focus on memorable experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Proficient with Google Suite and POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, inventory control, and merchandising to brand standards.
