Rowan is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Woodbury Lakes ear piercing studio, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability. You will coach Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensure safety standards, and maintain a welcoming, polished environment.

The role demands hands-on leadership on the selling floor, strong organization, and the ability to balance guest satisfaction with operational excellence. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with ability to deliver memorable experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Comfortable using technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for ear piercing customers.
• Lead and coach studio staff, including Nurses Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Meet studio sales targets and manage inventory and POS accuracy.
• Train onboarding of new staff and provide ongoing development.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and coordinate with marketing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for piercing.
