Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Store/Studio Manager for our Bridge Street Town Center location. You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales, ensure safety, and deliver a warm, celebratory customer experience.

You’ll manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and training to uphold Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail management, a passion for service, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in service-oriented environments.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed, delivering memorable on-floor experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop studio staff to ensure exceptional customer service and safety.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and manage inventory control.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to align with targets.
• Train staff on Rowan procedures, safety standards, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with marketing and corporate teams on initiatives.
