Rowan in Charlottesville is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our Barracks Road ear piercing studio, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, schedule to meet targets, manage inventory, and partner with corporate on initiatives while upholding Rowan’s safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail management, a passion for jewelry, strong coaching

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Customer-focused and able to drive sales on the selling floor.
• Experience meeting store targets and managing inventory.
• Familiar with health and safety standards for piercing environments.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop studio staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and product knowledge.
