Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee the Woodbury Lakes ear-piercing studio, delivering exceptional customer service in a clean, safe environment. You will lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with Rowan's safety standards.

This hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced retail setting requires weekend availability, teamwork, and a passion for creating celebratory customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Jewelry experience a plus.
• Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring top customer service and a clean, safe environment.
• Lead and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure payroll and staffing targets are met.
• Maintain inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with safety standards.
• Train staff, submit performance reports, and coordinate with marketing and product launches.
