Job summary

Studs is seeking a hands-on Studio Manager in Newport Beach, CA to lead the Studio, drive revenue growth, and oversee both retail and piercing operations. You will coach a team, manage scheduling and staffing, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing setting, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment; jewelry/retail services a plus.
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees, including specialist roles.
• On-site commitment: five days per week (40 hours) with evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Weekend availability required; days off vary (Weds/Thu).
• Strong organizational and financial acumen; ability to drive revenue and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own Studio performance and drive revenue growth against plans.
• Review business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy with regular audits.
• Maintain safety, health, and inventory standards across the Studio.
• Partner with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop a service-driven team for exceptional customer experiences.
