Job summary

Studs, Inc. is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Newport Beach Studio, overseeing operations, customer experience, and a high-performing team. This role drives revenue, optimizes processes, and ensures health and safety compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Studio Manager will manage scheduling, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with Piercing Leadership to uphold standards and best practices, while delivering a best-in-class Studs experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment; jewelry/piercing or retail services a plus.
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees, including specialized skill roles.
• Must work on-site five days per week (40 hours) with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability required; schedules may vary; full-time commitment to Studs.

Responsibilities

• Owns Studio performance, drives revenue growth and sales plans.
• Oversees scheduling, labor allocations, payroll accuracy, and audits.
• Ensures health, safety, and inventory control standards.
• Leads Studio team development and aligns with Piercing Leadership.
