This role requires interpersonal savvy, strong business sense, and the ability to solve problems creatively while maintaining exceptional hospitality for riders and staff. You will lead by example, coach your team, and drive results in a fast-paced studio

Qualifications

• Flexible/non-traditional hours including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage studio and lead studio team to drive growth and health of the business.
• Develop holistic business plans, analyze studio performance, and manage P&L.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of ASMs and part-time staff.
• Drive rider acquisition and retention in collaboration with marketing partners.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to riders and staff and uphold SoulCycle values.
