Responsibilities

• Foster SoulCycle community and culture in your studio.
• Set a positive environment so the team loves to come to work.
• Provide hospitality to riders and staff and uphold hospitality standards.
• Build relationships with instructors and local community.
• Hire and coach staff; support onboarding and development.
• Develop holistic business plans and manage studio P&L.
• Execute rider acquisition and retention plans with marketing partners.
• Manage conflicts and adapt to changes in procedures and policies.
