You will oversee studio profitability, staff development, and local partnerships while upholding SoulCycle’s hospitality standards and brand culture. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a passion for fitness in a dynamic studio setting.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and senior management.
• Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Personal passion for fitness and SoulCycle brand is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster SoulCycle community and culture in your studio.
• Set the weather in your studio so your team loves to come to work.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to riders and staff, and coach your team to uphold high standards.
• Build and foster relationships with instructors and local community.
• Oversee hiring needs and onboarding for ASMs and part-time hires.
• Coach your team on time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
