SoulCycle is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the studio and its team, driving growth and operating excellence. This role requires interpersonal savvy, strong business sense, and the ability to solve problems creatively while upholding SoulCycle values.

The successful candidate will own the studio’s success, manage staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Clear communication with team members, clients, and senior management.
• Willing to work flexible/non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays.
• Personal passion for fitness and SoulCycle brand is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster SoulCycle Community and Culture in your studio.
• Set the tone of hospitality so the team loves coming to work.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to riders and staff and uphold values.
• Build relationships with instructors and the local community.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of ASMs and part-time staff.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development for studio team.
