You will lead a team of staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and drive sales while meeting profitability goals. A strong retail background and flexibility for weekends are essential across a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail management, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with sales focus.
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach studio staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Drive sales through on-floor leadership and customer engagement.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and POS accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing and payroll within budgets.
• Partner with marketing on initiatives and promotions.
