Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager for our Orlando ear-piercing studio. You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, uphold Rowan’s safety standards, and ensure a warm, celebratory customer experience.

You will drive revenue, manage inventory, and coordinate with marketing to grow appointments and brand presence. The role requires 3–5 years in retail management, strong leadership, and a passion for customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role (3–5 years).
• Experience in jewelry or service-oriented environments is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and customer experience.
• Lead and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales, achieve targets, and manage payroll within budgets.
• Train and onboard staff; ensure safety and Rowan standards.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and collaborate with marketing.
