Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee the Southlake ear-piercing studio, driving exceptional customer service, safety, and sales. You will lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensuring a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere while meeting performance targets.

You will manage inventory, visual merchandising, and training, with a focus on brand standards, payroll, and community engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a service environment.
• Jewelry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a studio team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and manage payroll within budget.
• Oversee operations including inventory, housekeeping, and compliance.
• Train staff on safety, procedures, and customer experience standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and corporate teams on initiatives.
