Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, retail, or studio settings.
• Proven track record in sales, membership growth, or revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations to deliver a seamless, professional member experience.
• Monitor KPIs including conversion, utilization, retention, and sales performance.
• Track daily/weekly sales results and close performance gaps.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative studio functions.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development of Sales Associates.
• Coach Sales Associates to hit individual and team goals.
• Drive membership sales and revenue growth through local marketing and partnerships.
• Handle member questions and cancellations with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct demos and convert them into sales with a high close rate (40%+).
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor performance.
