Stretch Zone - 1218 is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and manage a sales-focused team. You will oversee staffing, payroll, and performance metrics while ensuring an exceptional member experience in a busy wellness studio.

The role emphasizes coaching, community engagement, and achieving revenue goals through effective demos and local marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on creating a positive, results-driven studio culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a studio setting.
• Proven track record in sales, membership growth, or revenue generation.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and hold staff accountable.
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
• Solid understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations to provide a seamless member experience.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, utilization, retention, and sales performance.
• Track daily/weekly sales results and address performance gaps.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and other admin tasks while maintaining staffing levels.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and development of sales staff.
• Drive membership sales and revenue growth through demos and local marketing initiatives.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and provide coaching to the sales team.
