Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one Stretch Zone studio.
• Drive membership growth and sales performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners.
• Coach staff, review schedules, and manage customer interactions to ensure exceptional service.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, memberships, retention, and labor efficiency to hit goals.
