Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record in sales, membership growth, business development, or revenue generation.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day studio operations to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and professional member experience.
• Monitor and manage KPIs including conversion rate, utilization, retention, and sales performance.
• Track daily and weekly sales results and address performance gaps.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and development of sales associates.
• Drive membership sales and revenue growth goals; develop local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
