Stretch Zone is seeking a hands-on Studio Manager in Bethlehem to lead daily studio operations, drive membership growth, and manage a sales-focused team. You will oversee staffing, coaching, and performance, while delivering exceptional member experiences and executing local marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes hitting sales targets, maintaining a 40%+ close rate on demos, and fostering a culture of accountability and community engagement. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience preferably in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or studio environments.
• Proven track record in sales, membership growth, business development, or revenue generation.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with ability to coach, motivate and hold employees accountable.
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and helping people.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage leads and support follow-up and conversion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations for a seamless member experience.
• Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, utilization, retention, and sales performance.
• Track sales results and address performance gaps.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative studio functions.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and development of sales staff.
• Coach sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Drive membership sales and revenue growth through local marketing and partnerships.
• Handle member questions, concerns, and cancellations professionally.
• Conduct demos and convert demos into sales with a ~40% close rate.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to review performance and coach the team.
