Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee district operations, financial performance, and quality standards across the studio network. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to studio teams, ensuring superior member experiences and maintaining the Stretch Zone brand.

You will monitor metrics, manage staffing, guide sales initiatives, and develop marketing strategies to hit targets. Daily coaching, accountability, and collaboration with the leadership team are essential to

Qualifications

• Experience in single-unit management.
• Strong sales background with proven success.
• Ability to develop and execute a high-level business plan.
• Ability to set clear goals and have accountability for achieving them.
• Ability to articulate variances in revenue/sales/expenses versus budget.
• Ability to think critically and solve unexpected problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales comparisons over extended periods.
• Lead generation and outreach activities.
• Monitor member retention and satisfaction.
• Track refunds/returns and closing percentages.
• Develop projections and strategic plans for growth.
• Develop a strategic plan of action for business development.
