Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching. You will lead and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional member service.

You will open/close the studio, greet members, coach staff, manage schedules, handle calls, and support achieving sales goals with a personal touch. This role rewards performance with regular reviews and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience with cash handling, KPIs and P&L familiarity.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness, organization and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and provide a welcoming, caring service.
• Lead by example by coaching Sales Associates, monitoring the schedule, answering phones.
• Drive membership sales by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track daily/monthly KPIs and help the studio hit goals with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and service every day.
