Job summary

Stretch Zone in Tampa, FL is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team providing practitioner-assisted stretching.

You will open/close the studio, greet members, coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedules, hit KPIs, and uphold a culture of excellence and service while delivering an excellent member experience.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience with cash handling and KPIs.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs, and ensure the studio hits daily and monthly goals.
• Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
