Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager in Anderson, SC to lead daily studio operations, drive sales, and uphold the Stretch Zone brand standards. You will supervise staff, analyze performance metrics, and ensure exceptional member experiences across all shifts.

Requirements include experience in single-unit management, a proven sales record, and the ability to articulate revenue variances and budgets. This role requires hands-on leadership, daily coaching in-studio, and close collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience managing a single studio or location.
• Strong track record in sales growth and achieving targets.
• Ability to develop and execute a high-level business plan.
• Proven ability to set clear goals and hold teams accountable.
• Aptitude for explaining variances in revenue, costs and budgets.
• Critical thinking with swift problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district operations, financial performance and quality standards.
• Lead and coach studio teams to ensure superior member experiences.
• Monitor staff schedules, performance, and daily goals.
• Develop strategic plans for business development and growth.
• Drive lead generation, member retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting and timely communications with leadership.
