Job summary

Rowan in Boulder is seeking a Clinical Studio Manager (CSM) to lead the Pearl Street studio, ensuring safe, celebratory piercings and exceptional customer service. You will oversee nursing staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold Rowan’s clinical safety standards.

You will mentor nurses, schedule staffing within budgets, and collaborate with corporate teams on product launches and marketing initiatives while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Retail management experience in a service-oriented environment (3–5 years) preferred; jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a studio team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Meet studio targets and drive revenue while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of the Pearl Street studio in Boulder.
