Job summary

Heyrowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee the Ross Park Mall ear piercing studio, lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales, manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll, oversee training, and maintain brand visuals, all while upholding Rowan safety standards and providing a memorable customer journey. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years, preferably in a similar service-oriented environment.
• Jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed, you love leading on the selling floor with your team.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and lead customer experience on the selling floor.
• Lead, coach, and develop studio staff to ensure exceptional service and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management, POS accuracy, and visual merchandising to reflect brand guidelines.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and performance metrics.
• Train and onboard new staff; coordinate with marketing and product launches.
• Prepare performance reports and manage studio budgets and expenses.
