Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Clinical Studio Manager in Annapolis to lead our nurse-piercing studio and drive exceptional customer experiences on the selling floor. You will manage daily studio operations, ensure safety standards, and coach a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail management, a valid RN or LPN/LVN license, and a passion for delivering celebratory, safe piercing experiences while growing the Rowan brand in-store.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Excellent customer service skills and leadership ability.
• Jewelry retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a studio team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Drive revenue growth and meet studio targets.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with piercing procedures.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling with District Manager.
