JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven fitness brand. Studio Leads are the heartbeat of the studio, driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will build relationships, guide clients toward memberships, and maintain accurate studio records. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset, comfort with technology, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions, events, and initiatives to drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience and keep members engaged.
• Monitor member activity and assist in retention efforts.
• Collaborate with management to hit membership and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and client records.
