Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and keep daily studio operations running smoothly in Tampa. You’ll build relationships with prospective and current clients, guide them toward memberships, and support instructors and events.

You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, are highly organized, and enjoy fostering a welcoming studio culture while upholding brand standards and CRS data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads.
• Maintain a welcoming, personalized client experience.
• Monitor activity and re-engage at-risk clients.
• Collaborate with the GM to hit membership and revenue goals.
• Maintain lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
