Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Westchase, FL is hiring Studio Leads to deliver exceptional client experiences, support instructors, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will drive memberships, greet clients, and help grow the community with warm, sales-focused service.

This role blends hospitality leadership with studio ambassadorship, requiring excellent communication, scheduling flexibility to cover mornings/evenings/weekends, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience helping clients and guiding decisions

• Retail or front-desk sales experience preferred but not required
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events to generate leads
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk clients in a proactive way
• Partner with the GM and studio team to hit membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems
• Greet and check-in clients warmly and professionally
• Answer questions, solve problems, and provide solutions exceeding expectations
• Deliver a five-star first-visit experience for new clients
• Support instructors before, during, and after class to ensure seamless client experiences
• Help with schedule updates and studio communications to clients
• Open and close the studio as needed and assist with shifts when required
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately
• Maintain client records and restock inventory as needed
• Assist with front-desk and lobby cleanliness and organization
