Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Tampa is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio—driving sales, supporting instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will greet clients, build relationships, and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to hit membership, retention, and revenue targets, manage front desk tasks, oversee a welcoming environment, and ensure a five-star first-visit experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand their goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries, offers, and visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support promotions and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk clients.
• Support GM and team to hit membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
