Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales and retention while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will support instructors, manage front desk operations, and help grow membership and revenue in a fast-paced studio environment.

You’ll greet clients, nurture relationships, and partner with leadership to maintain a welcoming community, accurate records, and smooth daily operations. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads and growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk members to encourage retention.
• Partner with the General Manager and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes within required studio systems.
• Drive front desk operations: greet clients, answer phones, process inquiries and sales, and maintain records.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, inventory, and timely communication of schedule updates.
