JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support studio operations. You will build relationships with clients, explain memberships, and guide new and existing members toward the best options for their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the studio experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and processing of inquiries and sales.
• Create a welcoming, five-star first-visit experience and support team workflows.
