Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Katy, TX is seeking Studio Leads to be the heartbeat of the studio, driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences. You’ll support instructors, manage front desk operations, and guide clients toward memberships that fit their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged, satisfied, and connected to the studio.
• Monitor member activity and proactively reach out to clients at risk of disengagement or cancellation.
• Partner with the General Manager and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely lead, sales, and member notes within required studio systems.
• Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness and organization.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and process client inquiries promptly.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately.
• Maintain accurate client records in our booking and CRM systems.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
• Support opening and closing duties and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
