JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales and retention while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build genuine relationships with clients, communicate the value of the JETSET experience, and convert inquiries into memberships.

You’ll support studio operations, assist the GM, and help maintain a welcoming community with a team-first mindset. Responsibilities include front-desk management, processing inquiries, and ensuring accurate client records.

Formación

• Experience in selling services or products to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic tech systems and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented with accurate records and notes.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with clients to recommend memberships or packages.
• Convert inquiries, offers, and visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions and events to generate leads and growth.
• Greet clients and deliver a five-star first-visit experience.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking/CRM systems.
• Open/close duties and ensure studio policies are followed.
